This was a demo / design / build project in a lovely mid-century canyon home. We demolished an existing wall and an aging bookcase, and built out the space with this walnut and poplar buffet and bookshelves.

Everything is sanded, but not finished in these pictures. My clients had just moved in, and they wanted the hands-on experience of finishing the piece themselves to give them a feeling of connection to their new home. I’m looking forward to seeing the final result.
